Installation Instructions:
1. Choose two trees strong enough to fasten the two ends of the Hammock to a height of about one meter.
2. To adjust the droop , you need to lie down to see if the droop is appropriate. And if not, adjust it.
3. Lie in the right position on the Hammock. First, put your buttocks in the hammock, then put your feet in the hammock, and lie obliquely on the diagonal line of the hammock, so that your body can straighten out without extra burden.
